Alternate the following roles with your team until the critic is out of more relevant questions: First, the dreamer: develops ideas and visions, let your imagination run wild without limitations. Then, the realist: reflect the ideas you just got: What needs to be done or said? What is required for the implementation? What do you feel about this idea? Which basics are already available? Can the approach be tested?. Finally, the critic: deal constructively with the results of the realist and try to express criticism.
